Boxing timer with combo callouts
A round timer that does more than count down — it tells you what to throw. Set your rounds, rest and pace, hit start, and train instead of watching the clock. Free, no sign-up, straight in your browser.
How to use the timer
Set your rounds on the left and hit start. The timer counts down a short preparation time, starts the round and sounds a bell at every change. With callouts switched on, a voice calls a combination at a fixed interval — you react instead of inventing it yourself.
- Round length — 3 minutes is the boxing standard, 2 minutes suits beginners.
- Rest — 1 minute is standard; shorter means harder.
- Combo pace — from 9 seconds (time to execute) down to 4 seconds (pure reaction).
- Sport — filters what gets called: punches only, with kicks, or with elbows and knees.
What the timer is good for
On the heavy bag, while shadowboxing, for interval and Tabata work, or as a round clock in the gym. The display stays readable from across the room, and while the timer runs the page keeps your screen awake — no reaching for the phone between rounds.

Frequently asked questions
Is the boxing timer really free?
Yes. The timer runs entirely in your browser — no sign-up, no account, no ads. No data is sent to a server.
What are standard boxing round times?
Amateur boxing typically uses 3 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute of rest; professionals go up to 12 rounds. For home training and beginners, 3 to 5 rounds of 2 minutes with 1 minute rest is the more sensible starting point.
How do the combo callouts work?
At the interval you choose, the timer picks a random combination from your sport's pool and speaks it through your device's speech output. It appears in large type on the display at the same time, in case you train without sound.
Does the timer work offline?
Once loaded, the timer keeps running without an internet connection as long as you leave the tab open. Speech output depends on your device though — some systems only download voices while online.
